This hearty Ground Beef and Rice Casserole combines ground beef, rice, and melted cheese for a delicious and comforting meal. Perfect for weeknight dinners or potlucks, this dish is sure to be a family favorite!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef *or turkey
- 6.8 oz Rice a Roni *beef flavored
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese *shredded
- 2 cups French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º degrees. Grease a 9×13-inch pan. Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to boxed directions.
- While rice is cooking, cook ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, prepared rice, and soup. Spread into prepared pan. Top rice mixture with shredded cheddar cheese and fried onions.
- Bake in oven for about 20 minutes! Remove and serve!
