Easy Homemade Brownies without the box! Double, triple or quadruple the dry ingredients and make your own mix - add eggs, oil, and vanilla and bake. You're so welcome.

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Make the Mix

  1. Mix all these ingredients together with a whisk and dump them into a zipper bag.
  2. On the bag, add the following instructions: Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1 tsp vanilla. Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Baking Day

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Add dry ingredients, plus the eggs, oil and vanilla to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Notes

  • Top Tips for Homemade Brownies:
  • Don't overmix your batter! 
  • Use a good quality cocoa powder. I like this one
