Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup roasted peanuts salted
- 2 tablespoon butter unsalted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt.
- Heat over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until the mixture begins to boil.
- Add in the peanuts and a candy thermometer, continuing to boil until temperature reaches 300 degrees F.
- Stir in the butter and baking soda.
- Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper and smooth into a thin layer.
- Allow the brittle to cool and harden before using a rubber mallet to break it into small pieces. Enjoy!
