Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
- Place the cucumber slices into a large bowl, and add salt. Toss to coat and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Drain the excess liquid. Then add gochujang, garlic, vinegar, sugar, green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
- Toss to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy!
