This classic lemon spritzer cocktail recipe is deliciously refreshing, bright, and bubbly! It's easy to make with only 2 ingredients, and great to serve over ice on a warm day.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces limoncello
- 4 ounces prosecco
- ice
- lemon basil sprig, mint sprig, rosemary sprig, optional garnish, slice or wedge
Instructions
- Set out a wine glass and fill it halfway full of ice.
- Add the limoncello to the glass and stir well. Then add the Prosecco and stir again.
- Serve as-is, or garnish with a lemon slice and basil, rosemary, or mint sprig. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Get creative with garnishes... Use any variety of citrus twists, slices, or wedges. Then add a spring of your favorite garden herb. You can even add fresh berries to each glass!
