Easy Oven-Baked Bratwurst Recipe

  • 5 bratwurst sausages raw

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place your oven rack at the center position.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Place the bratwurst on the baking sheet, allowing space around them.
  4. Bake on one side for about 15 minutes, and then turn and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes until nicely browned.
  5. Let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.

Notes

  • If you’re cooking the brats with veggies such as onions and peppers, add 5-10 minutes to the total cooking time.
