Easy Paleo Granola Recipe
Description
Easy Paleo Granola Recipe features a mix of pecans, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, flaxseeds, chia seeds, hemp seed, and cranberries, creating a hearty and textured granola. Sweetened with maple syrup and flavored with cinnamon, vanilla, and a little arrowroot powder, this granola is baked at 325°F until set and crisp. The combination of nuts and seeds provides variety in crunch and nutrition, while the dried cranberries add a sweet contrast. It serves as a versatile topping or snack option.
When baked, the granola clusters hold together thanks to the melted coconut oil and maple syrup, giving it a satisfying bite. The gentle baking temperature preserves the fresh flavors of the nuts without burning.
Enjoy this granola sprinkled over yogurt, mixed into smoothie bowls, or simply eaten as a crunchy snack. Its balanced mix of nuts and seeds offers nutrient diversity and a pleasing texture.
After cooling, store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks or freeze for one to two months to maintain freshness. You can customize the recipe by swapping nuts, dried fruit, or spices according to preference, and chocolate can be added after baking to prevent melting into the clusters.
