Easy Peach Blueberry Galette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sliced peeled peaches
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 47 grams 10 inch by 10 inch sheet of puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Kick the tires and light the fires to 375 degrees. 
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, making sure the fruit is well coated. 
  3. Place the fruit in the middle of the pastry, leaving room for you to fold it over. Fold the edges over the fruit so that they surround the fruit.
  4. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is beautifully browned and puffed. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
