Easy Pumpkin Dip

This sweet pumpkin dip is a wonderful easy snack to make with just a few simple ingredients and is a perfect fall dessert for fall gatherings or halloween parties.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and blend with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Add in the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon and blend on medium high for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Pour into a serving bowl and serve with cinnamon tortilla chip, graham crackers, gingersnaps or vanilla wafers.

Notes

  • Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Use powdered sugar instead of brown sugar.
  • Add mini chocolate chips.
  • Use a food processor or blender or even hand mix if desired.
  • Sprinkle with a cinnamon sugar mixture in serving bowl.
  • Nutritional information does not included chips, crackers, fruit etc.
