Ingredients
- 2 cans Pillsbury grands cinnamon rolls
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter *unsalted, melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Open containers of cinnamon rolls and slice into quarters.
- Place white sugar and 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice into a gallon Ziploc bag and add quartered cinnamon roll dough pieces.
- Seal bag and shake to coat thoroughly.
- Place coated pieces into greased Bundt pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar.
- Pour evenly over sugar coated dough pieces.
- Place pan into preheated oven and bake about 45-50 minutes, or until dark golden brown.
- Remove from oven and wait about 5-10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Combine remaining 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice into the icing and drizzle over the monkey bread evenly.
- Serve and enjoy!
