Ingredients
- 1 loaf French baguette
- ¼ C olive oil
- 1 14.5 oz Can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
- ½ C crumbled Feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp dried basil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Kosher salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the baguette into thin pieces and layer them across a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the tops with olive oil, then bake for 25 minutes, or until they begin to brown.
- Drain the can of tomatoes very well, then combine in a bowl with the feta, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix gently.
- Spoon (or scoop) onto toasted baguette slices and enjoy!
