Ingredients
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon ginger dried and ground
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Whisk together the ¼ cup water and corn starch to create a slurry.
- In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch slurry, garlic, ginger, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey. Whisk together.
- Bring to a simmer and simmer until thickened, about 4 minutes.
- Let cool. This recipe makes a pint.
