  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 onion diced
  • garlic crushed, clove
  • tablespoon basil chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 250 passata
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat 0.5 tablespoon Olive oil and cook 0.5 Onion and 2  Garlic clove until softened.
  2. Add 250 g  Passata, 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar2  tablespoon Fresh basil and 1 teaspoon Dried oregano.
  3. Season with 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir through cooked spaghetti.

Notes

  • This sauce freezes well; consider making a triple batch for easy future meals.
