Edamame (or mukimame) is a preparation of immature soybeans of Far Eastern origin, consumed in Japan, Korea, China and Hawaii.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. frozen edamame
- ½ teaspoon salt
- fleur de sel

Instructions
- Bring a large quantity of salted water to a boil in a pot.
- Add the edamame and, once boiling again, cook uncovered for 5 minutes over high heat.
- Drain the edamame and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
- Serve hot. Only eat the soybeans that are inside the pod.
