English Muffin Pizzas

Toasted english muffins topped with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni for an easy dinner, lunch or snack!

Ingredients
- 6 Whole Wheat English muffins split
- ½ cup Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces Mini pepperoni

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
- Toast the English muffins in a toaster to prevent the middle from being soggy when you bake them. You can also bake them on the sheet pan for a few minutes in the preheated oven.
- Arrange the toasted English muffin halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Then spread pizza sauce evenly on top of each one. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with mini pepperoni slices.
- Place sheet pan in the preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned on the edges.

Notes
- FRIDGE: Place leftovers into an airtight container or Ziploc bag and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
- FREEZER: These actually are freezer friendly! Just build the pizza and don’t bake them. Wrap each one individually in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to a month. When ready to eat, just unwrap and bake as instructed. You can freeze leftovers the same way!
