Instructions

  1. Place almond milk in medium saucepan. Cook over medium low heat until reduced by half, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. (depending on the heat of your burner)

Notes

  • Cook the milk down until very thick, like traditional evaporated milk.
  • Store in sterilized canning jar, in refrigerator.
  • Use within 1 week.
  • Uses for this evaporated milk;
  • You can basically us this milk in any recipe that requires milk, to make it richer.
