It takes just 15 minutes to make a vibrant, healthy, fresh tomato sauce --- make this simple sauce once and you'll never go back to jars again!

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes rough chopped (do not peel, medium-large, ripe
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put everything into a saucepan and cook for 15 minutes. Puree with an immersion blender. If you want a thicker sauce, cook it a little longer.
- Refrigerate the sauce until ready to use, and use within a week.
