When you’re craving a cocktail to cool you off in the summer heat, this frozen watermelon daiquiri is the answer. It takes just 5 minutes to whip up and only requires a handful of common ingredients! The one trick - frozen watermelon! So, pop it in the freezer now so you're ready to go when the daiquiri craving hits.

Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon previously chopped and frozen, 600 g
- ½ cup Malibu rum 120 mL
- 2 to 4 Tbsp sugar to taste
- 2 Tbsp lime juice 30 mL
Instructions
- Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to evenly combine.
Notes
- To freeze watermelon, lay chopped pieces on a parchment paper-lined sheet in a single layer. Freeze until hard, then transfer to a freezer-safe container or baggie until you need them.
- Store leftover Watermelon Daiquiri in the freezer in an airtight container.
