Instructions
- Add a sheet of baking paper or foil to a baking tray add 500 g Natural yogurt and 3 tablespoon Honey. Mix well and spread it out. Our pieces were about a half inch thick, but how thick yours is depends on how thin you spread out the yogurt.
- Sprinkle the yogurt with 3 tablespoon Oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
- Top with 4 Strawberries100 g Blueberries and 2 tablespoon Milk chocolate chips.
- Put in the freezer for 3 hours and then cut into chunks and serve.
Notes
- Make this more indulgent by drizzling it with melted white chocolate. Milk and dark works well too.
- You can use dairy free yogurt to make a vegan version of this, however you will get different results depending on what brand you use.
- Instead of using oats, why not tray granola. It will have the nuts and fruit already added.
- Add some extra flavour to this by using a flavoured yogurt. Mango is our favourite.
- You can use frozen, fresh or dried fruit as a topping on this.
- Take it out of the freezer for 1 minute before serving to soften it up a little. But don't leave it any longer than that because it will start melting.
- To ensure this recipe is definitely gluten free, use oats that are certified gluten free.
