This Frozen Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bark is a quick and healthy breakfast recipe thats super flexible (and tasty!)

Ingredients
- 3 cups whole milk vanilla yogurt 675 g
- 1 cup chopped strawberries 180 g
- ½ cup blueberries 90 g
- ½ cup granola 70 g
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips 30 g

Instructions
- Yogurt: Spread yogurt onto a parchment-lined baking sheet so that it's about ¼ to ½ inch (0.6 to 1.2 cm) thick.
- Toppings: Sprinkle granola, diced fruit, coconut, chocolate chips, and chia seeds onto yogurt, pressing down with a spoon or spatula to ensure all the toppings are touching the yogurt.
- Freeze: Freeze for about 4 hours, or until yogurt is hard. Break into pieces and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
