Frozen Yogurt Bites

A sweet, healthy treat! These easy yogurt bites are a delicious combination of Greek yogurt, fruit and granola.

Ingredients
- 24 ounces Greek yogurt vanilla or your favorite flavor
- 1 cup Fresh fruit strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, peaches, banana, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup granola optional
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions
- Spoon yogurt evenly into a mini muffin tin using a spoon.
- Clean and slice fruit and add to top of yogurt in muffin pan.
- Next, add granola and mini chocolate chips, if desired.
- Place muffin pan in freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
- Remove from freezer and let set for 3-5 minutes or until yogurt bites can easily be removed.
- Place on cookie sheet and refreeze, if necessary.
- Serve straight from the freezer.
- Keep leftovers frozen.

- Make sure each individual yogurt bite is completely frozen. Then, transfer them to a large freezer safe bag or airtight container.
- Store in the coldest part of your freezer, away from the door, for about 2 months. After two months these will begin forming ice crystals and may start to freezer burn. But I don’t think you’ll have to worry about that, these will be eaten up in no time!
