This is the best fruit salad dressing recipe! With an easy fruit salad dressing using 4 ingredients, it's the perfect refreshing salad recipe for summer!

  • 4-6 cups Fresh fruit , cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons light agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint , small leaves or minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 Fresh Lemon , zested and juiced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the light agave nectar, mint, salt, lemon zest and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Drizzle the fruit salad with agave nectar mixture.
  3. Serve immediately.
