Garlic Mussels In Sour Cream Sauce

Creamy and incredibly comforting Garlic Mussels In Sour Cream Sauce. You need less then 30 minutes from start to finish to make this easy recipe. Enjoy these delicious mussels over rice or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb shelled frozen mussels thawed and rinsed
- 1 small onion minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoon sour cream
- ⅓ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet and on a medium heat.
- Add onion and cook stirring occasionally until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add mussels and cook stirring from time to time for 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and garlic and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Enjoy!
