 - 2 cans butter beans drained and rinsed
 
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
 - Sauté the onion: Add the diced white onion and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and slightly golden.
 - Add the garlic and herbs: Stir in the minced garlic, fresh oregano, and dried Italian herbs. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
 - Incorporate the butter beans: Add the drained and rinsed butter beans to the skillet. Stir well to coat the beans with the aromatic mixture.
