Garlic Steak Bites

Browned, crispy steak bites swimming in a fabulous garlicky butter sauce - the perfect easy appetizer or dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into bite-size pieces
- 3/4 teaspoon flaked sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley minced

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the steak pieces and season them liberally with salt and pepper.
- Let the steak bites sear for 1-2 minutes on one side then stir them. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes or until the steak bites are all golden brown.
- Move the steak bites to a medium-sized bowl and place a plate on top to keep them warm while you cook the garlic butter.
- Turn the down heat to medium on the stove and add in the butter.
- Once the butter has melted, add in the minced garlic.
- Cook, stirring, until the garlic begins to brown.
- Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and toss to cover them complertely. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can use your favorite cut of steak in this
- Add as much garlic as you like! It's the whole point of the recipe!
