  • 3 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove, minced
  • ¼-½ teaspoon fine sea salt to taste
  • Pinch Pinch freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  1. Add all the ingredients to a jar, cover with a lid, and shake really well until emulsified (or whisk together in a bowl). Be sure to taste test for salt levels, and enjoy!
