This gluten-free gravy is smooth, creamy, and flavorful! It is great for pouring over a Thanksgiving turkey, fluffy mashed potatoes, or roasted chicken. This quick and easy recipe takes only 10 minutes. It can be made with or without pan drippings!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 cups broth or pan drippings
- 1 tsp fresh Rosemary
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Coconut aminos optional
- fresh thyme optional garnish

Instructions
- First, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add in the tapioca flour. Use a whisk to constantly stir for about 3 minutes, creating a thick roux.
- Then, pour in the broth (or pan drippings). Allow this mixture to come to a low boil. Boil for 1 minute, or until gravy has reached your desired thickness. Whisk constantly. The longer it boils, the thicker it will become.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the seasonings and the coconut aminos.
- Finally, serve. Add fresh thyme if you want.
