- 30 mint leaves
- 2 freshly squeezed lime juice about ¼ cup
- 1 ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
- 6 ounces white rum
- ¾ cup grapefruit juice
- 1 cup club soda
- Handful of ice

- Add mint leaves, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker and muddle them all together to dissolve the sugar.
