Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup watermelon puree with or without sugar
- 1 Tablespoon sugar optional
- 2 tablespoons white rum more or less to suit your taste
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 4 leaves mint
- ice
- sparkling water

Instructions
- Puree watermelon in a food processor or blender. If your watermelon isn't sweet enough add about 1 Tbsp of sugar
- Add the rum
- Divide the watermelon juice between two glasses.
- Add a couple of mint leaves
- Squeeze the lime juice into each glass
- Fill up the remaining of the glasses with your favorite sparkling water
- Decorate with watermelon balls and limes.
