- 1 lb lean ground chicken
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or one tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil or one tablespoon fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or one tablespoon fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
