Greek Turkey Meatballs

These baked turkey meatballs are loaded with Mediterranean flavors, like sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and Greek seasoning. These bake up quickly in a 500 degree oven - it helps to keep the meatballs moist on the inside!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well with a wooden spoon or use your hands to combine the mixture.
  3. Divide the mixture into 12 pieces and roll into balls.
  4. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon or tzatziki for dipping.

Notes

  • We use Cavender’s Greek Seasoning. It’s one of our favorite seasoning blends and works well in a lot of recipes. If you’re using a different brand of seasoning you may need to add salt to the recipe, depending on how salty the blend is.
  • If you don’t have Greek seasoning, you can use ½ teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  • To make smaller, appetizer sized meatballs, divide the mixture into 24 balls. Reduce cook time to 8 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
