Greek Turkey Meatballs
Report
These baked turkey meatballs are loaded with Mediterranean flavors, like sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and Greek seasoning. These bake up quickly in a 500 degree oven - it helps to keep the meatballs moist on the inside!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well with a wooden spoon or use your hands to combine the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into 12 pieces and roll into balls.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon or tzatziki for dipping.
Notes
- We use Cavender’s Greek Seasoning. It’s one of our favorite seasoning blends and works well in a lot of recipes. If you’re using a different brand of seasoning you may need to add salt to the recipe, depending on how salty the blend is.
- If you don’t have Greek seasoning, you can use ½ teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
- To make smaller, appetizer sized meatballs, divide the mixture into 24 balls. Reduce cook time to 8 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
