Ingredients
- 1/2 watermelon and each slice cut into eight wedges, cut into slices
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/3 cup black olives chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1/4 cup red onions thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Baby tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cucumber sliced
Honey Greek Salad Dressing
- 1 garlic large clove
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves dried or 1 teaspoon fresh
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch black pepper
