Green Goddess Salad - avocado, broccoli, cucumber, grapes, cabbage and lemon juice. So light, refreshing and yummy! Very healthy and filling!

Ingredients
- 1 avocado divided
- 1 large cucumber sliced
- ¼ head of broccoli chopped in small florets
- 1 cup grapes
- ¼ of cabbage sliced
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 - 2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mash half avocado with a fork and add lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Toss the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl and drizzle with the avocado lemon dressing.
