Grilled Pistachio Salmon

Amazing melt in your mouth salmon grilled to perfection with the perfect pistachio glaze on top!

Ingredients
- 6 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dill weed, optional
Instructions
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the pistachios, sugar, lemon juice, dill, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Spoon the pistachio mixture evenly over each salmon fillet. Press the mixture gently onto the salmon.
- Place the salmon on the hot grill. Cover the grill with the lid and grill the salmon for 5 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
- To grill the salmon, I used a grilling basket lined it with aluminum foil thensprayed it with cooking spray. The salmon was able to grill in the juices and I didn't lose any pistachios. It turned out amazing!
