Grilled Rib Eye Steak Recipe

Simple and delicious ribeye steak only takes about six minutes of grilling time. Top with cilantro-lime compound butter and your favorite side dish.

Ingredients
- ribeye steak grass fed
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Set ribeye steaks on a baking sheet and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Lightly coat both sides of steaks with olive oil and generously season with salt and pepper.
- Turn grill on to medium-high heat. Grill for 4-6 minutes, turning once or until desired doneness.
- Place on a baking sheet and form a tent over the meat and let sit for 10 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
- For a gas grill, use the direct heat method on medium-high.
- For medium-rare (internal 135 degrees F) cook for 4-6 minutes total
- Medium (140 degrees F), 5-7 minutes total
- Medium-well (150 degrees F), 8-10 minutes total
