These PF Chang's copycat turkey lettuce wraps, made in only 15 minutes, are prepared with lean ground turkey, making them a healthy and gluten free option!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 pound extra lean ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup onion diced
- ¼ cup soy sauce tamari for gluten free
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
- ½ teaspoon Chinese five spice
- 8 ounce can whole water chestnuts drained and diced
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 head butter lettuce
Instructions
- Add the sesame oil to a large skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground turkey, garlic and onion, cook 5-7 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
- Add the soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, ginger and Chinese five spice. Stir together and cook 3-4 minutes.
- Add the water chestnuts, green onions, salt and pepper, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and spoon the turkey mixture into leaves of butter lettuce.
