Spicy Black Bean Burgers are topped with fresh, homemade guacamole and adrizzle of Chipotle Ranch Dressing, all served up on a perfectly toasted bun. Theseare perfect for a summer cookout.

Ingredients
- 4 MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers
- 4 hamburger buns
For Guacamole
- 3 avocados
- 1 Roma tomato chopped
- ½ red onion diced
- ½ Jalapeno pepper finely diced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
For Chipotle Ranch Dressing
- 2 cups yogurt plain
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce minced
- juice of ½ lime

Instructions
Make the Guacamole
- In a large bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.
- Add the tomato, red onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Mix together with a fork. Set aside.
Make the Chipotle Ranch Dressing
- In a food processor, combine the yogurt, ranch seasoning, chipotle in adobo sauce, and lime juice.
- Process until smooth.
Assemble the Burgers
- Add a Spicy Black Bean Burger to each hamburger bun.
- Top with a large scoop of Guacamole and a drizzle of Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
