Guacamole Veggie Burger

Spicy Black Bean Burgers are topped with fresh, homemade guacamole and adrizzle of Chipotle Ranch Dressing, all served up on a perfectly toasted bun. Theseare perfect for a summer cookout.

Ingredients

  • 4 MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers
  • 4 hamburger buns

For Guacamole

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • ½ red onion diced
  • ½ Jalapeno pepper finely diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

For Chipotle Ranch Dressing

  • 2 cups yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce minced
  • juice of ½ lime

Instructions

Make the Guacamole

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.
  2. Add the tomato, red onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, and lime juice.
  3. Mix together with a fork. Set aside.

Make the Chipotle Ranch Dressing

  1. In a food processor, combine the yogurt, ranch seasoning, chipotle in adobo sauce, and lime juice.
  2. Process until smooth.

Assemble the Burgers

  1. Add a Spicy Black Bean Burger to each hamburger bun.
  2. Top with a large scoop of Guacamole and a drizzle of Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
