Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ham
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs chopped
- 1 cup celery sliced
- ¼ cup onion finely diced
- 2 tablespoons dill relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the ham in a food processor and pulse to finely chop it.
- In a large bowl combine the ham, mayonnaise, eggs, celery, onion, dill relish, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and pepper. Stir together until well mixed.
- Serve and enjoy.
