Delicious and healthy cacao energy balls made with whole plant-based foods. Refined sugar-free and oil-free.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats use gluten-free if desired
- 3 tablespoon Cacao or cocoa powder
- 3 dates pitted
- 2 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract we use Nielsen-Massey brand
- Pinch of salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Put the ingredients in a food processor and start processing. Add one tablespoon of water at a time until it becomes a sticky solid ball.
- Roll into bite sized pieces and store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
