Healthy Tropical Chicken Salad made with lean chicken breast, greek yogurt, fresh pineapple, almonds, and green onions. A high-protein, healthy lunch!

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken poached, rotisserie chicken, or canned, cooked
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 green onions chopped
- 3/4 cup pineapple sliced, fresh
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup coconut shreds optional
- 1 orange sliced (optional)
- 1/4 cup celery optional
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and garlic pepper. Stir together until chicken is covered in yogurt.
- Stir in green onions, pineapple, almonds, and optional coconut, oranges and celery.
- Season according to taste.
