Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken poached, rotisserie chicken, or canned, cooked
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 3/4 cup pineapple sliced, fresh
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup coconut shreds optional
  • 1 orange sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup celery optional

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and garlic pepper. Stir together until chicken is covered in yogurt.
  2. Stir in green onions, pineapple, almonds, and optional coconut, oranges and celery.
  3. Season according to taste.
