Ingredients
- 20 oz (580g) sweet potatoes peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3-4 heavy dashes ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the sweet potatoes with melted butter, honey, and ground cinnamon. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them evenly in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Transfer the sweet potatoes to a serving platter and serve immediately.
