Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- ½ cup water
- ¼ oz yeast
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ tsp salt
Pizza
- 3 slices Bacon chopped
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts ends cut off & quartered
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup fresh figs quartered
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 oz burrata cheese or fresh mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Pizza Dough
- Combine the water and yeast in a large bowl.
- Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes or until the mixture begins to bubble.
- Add the flour and salt.
- Mix until a solid ball forms. (Add more water if too dry.)
- Knead the ball of dough for 5 minutes then place into a large oiled bowl.
- Cover and allow to rise for 30-45 minutes.
Honey Fig Brussel Sprouts Pizza
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the bacon from the grease and set aside.
- Add the brussels sprouts to the bacon grease and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and allow the vinegar to reduce by half.
- While the balsamic is reducing, combine the figs and honey in a small bowl.
- Once the dough has risen, preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the dough on a clean surface and roll into a thin crust.
- Brush the crust with olive oil.
- Top with the bacon, brussels sprouts and honey figs.
- Tear the burrata into small pieces, and place across the pizza.
- Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the top.
- Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
- Vegetarian Option: Omit the bacon, cook the brussels sprouts in 2 tbsp olive oil.
