Instructions
PREP THE WINGS
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels and set them into a large bowl.
- Rub the wings with the baking powder and blend of seasonings.
- OPTIONAL: Set the wings into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the skins to dry further. This will give you crispier skins.
FOR BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
- Heat oven to 250 degrees F. Set the wings onto a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
- Increase oven heat to 425 degrees F. Flip the chicken wings and bake another 30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and the skins are nice and crispy.
FOR GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS
- Heat a lightly oiled grill to medium-heat and grill the wings for 20 minutes, turning once half way through. Keep an eye on them so the wings do not overcook.
FOR THE HONEY-SRIRACHA SAUCE
- Whisk together the sriracha, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and salt to taste in a small pot over medium-low heat.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes to let the flavors combine.
- Gently whisk in the butter until it melts through and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Brush the wings with the sauce and enjoy!
