Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings tips cut off and
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ¼ cup butter
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • Thick & Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing for serving
  • homemade ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and poultry seasoning. Toss to coat.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Place chicken wings skin side down on the grill. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear, flipping halfway through.
  4. Place the cooked wings into a clean large mixing bowl.
  5. In a medium saucepan melt the butter. Then stir in the honey and sriracha and allow to heat through, whisking occasionally.
  6. Pour the honey sriracha sauce over wings and toss until chicken is completely coated.
  7. Serve warm with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping along with carrots and celery.
