Instructions
- Spray onto a dinner plate olive oil spray and then a generous seasoning of salt and pepper.
- Roll the sweet potatoes in the oil and salt and pepper until they have a good coating on the skin.
- Place the two whole sweet potatoes side by side in the air fryer and then set the temperature to 180c/360f and the time to 45 minutes. Then air fry until fork tender.
- When the baked sweet potatoes are done, serve them with your favourite toppings.
Notes
- Dual. If you have an air fryer dual (such as this one we have) we recommend instead cooking the sweet potatoes in one drawer, then some nice toppings in the other.
- Please note This sweet potato air fryer time and temp guide was tested in our Cosori Air Fryer (its this one), Ninja Dual (this one), the Power Air Fryer Oven (this one) . Air fryers vary so adjust if necessary, depending on the quality of your air fryer. Or consult the temperature test on page 18 of The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook.
