How To Cook Roast Potatoes In An Air Fryer

Learn how to cook roast potatoes in an air fryer. On a Sunday we will always make our air fryer roast potatoes. They need a lot less oil, need a lot less time to cook and best of all, no par boiling is required.

Ingredients
- 4 large white potatoes
- 1.5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp dried mixed herbs
- 2 Tsp dried rosemary
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Peel and then slice your roasties into quarters or sixths depending on the size of your potatoes. Place the potatoes into a mixing bowl with your oil and seasonings.
- Mix well with your hands. Your roasties are now ready for the air fryer.
- Tip the potatoes into the air fryer, spreading them out and then air fry for 12 minutes at 160c/320f, shake the potatoes in the air fryer, then air fry for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Put a fork in one of the bigger potatoes to make sure the potatoes are soft and fork tender.
- Then shake the potatoes and air fry for a final 4 minutes at 200c/400f or until crispy to your liking. Then serve.
