  • 1 konnyaku aka konjac

Instructions

  1. Cut the konnyaku cake crosswise about 1/8 to 1/4 inch (7-8 mm) thick. In the center of each slice, make a 1½-inch slit lengthwise.
  2. Place the bottom end of the slice through the hole.
  3. Push it through the middle.
  4. Pull out the end so the sides twist and the konnyaku slice lays flat. It’s done!
