- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C / gas mark 4.
- Add pecan halves in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet
- Roast for 5-10 minutes, shaking them carefully or turning them with a spatula halfway through so they roast evenly.
Air Fryer Method:
- Preheat air fryer to 320 degrees F / 160 degrees C.
- Toast pecans in a single layer in your air fryer basket or tray for 6-8 minutes, to your taste.
- Add a few extra minutes if needed but be careful they don't burn. Check out this easy Air Fryer Pecans with honey recipe.

Notes
- Please keep an eye on the nuts while cooking. They can go from perfect to burnt in the blink of an eye. This recipe makes enough for 3-4 people; If you want more, then you can easily double or triple the recipe. Feel free to toss pecans with melted butter or olive oil for extra flavor. Add seasonings - add your favorite herbs and spices for extra savory flavor. Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika are good choices. Make them sweet - coat them with maple syrup, honey, or cinnamon sugar. Storage - let nuts cool completely, then store in an airtight container inside the refrigerator for two weeks, or in the freezer for up to 9 months. If keeping in the pantry, store in an airtight container for only a few days, as they go bad quickly. There are 6 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving.
