Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 or 10-inch pie pan with pan spray and set aside.
  2. Cook 1 pound lean ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and no pink remains, about 8 minutes. Transfer the ground beef mixture to the prepared pie pan.
  3. Add ½ onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 cup canned petite diced tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons dill relish. Cook over medium heat until the onion is translucent, 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Remove from the heat.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup Bisquick mix, 2 cups milk, and 3 large eggs, until combined.
  5. Pour the Bisquick mixture evenly over the meat. Sprinkle 1 ½-2 cups cheddar cheese, over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cook until the center is completely cooked, and a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the pie to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Top the pie with additional diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and your favorite burger sauce. Enjoy!
