This Instant Pot cheesy broccoli rice is always a crowd-pleaser. Easy to make and packed full of cheesy flavor, you'll want to make this Instant Pot broccoli cheese rice often!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small white onion diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup white rice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen broccoli florets
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Turn your instant pot on saute, add butter, let it melt and then add onion and minced garlic. Saute until onion and garlic are translucent. Add the chicken broth, broccoli, and rice.
- Season with salt and pepper, stir, and add lid, turn to sealing.
- Cook the rice for 22 minutes on manual mode, let stand 12 minutes, then release the steam.
- Remove the lid, add cheeses and stir thoroughly.
- Serve.
